Latex Dictionary Template

I recently needed a latex dictionary template, there are a couple around on the internet, but they are all under non-commercial licences so I couldn't use them. Fortunately it is pretty easy to make one yourself, I have provided one here. Consider it to be under the wtfpl licence.
